Advantages Even in this lockdown,tech devices are useful for kids to continue their studies without wasting their life and time.Teachers are working hard to make kids study by conducting online classes and online exams. Disadvantages Due to this lockdown,technology plays a big role in every ones life.Mainly in kids.Because of online classes,kids are forced to watch tech devices .This will affect their brain and eyes.Here are some steps to follow to protect our eyes. Every 20 minutes for 20 seconds watch an 20 feet object. Set a limit for screen time. do eye exercises after using tech devices.
